In 1986 AW Homes started as nothing more than a desk and a file cabinet in the home of Andy and Kathleen White. With hard work came success and the company quickly outgrew the small home office space. To accommodate the growth that comes with new employees, equipment and projects AW homes converted a 600sf detached garage into an office in 2000. Now, once again, we have found ourselves stretching the limits of the 600 sf office and decided to build a new office in Aberdeen, NC on US 1 Hwy.

The new office is located in a 4218 sf two-story building on US 1 Hwy in South Aberdeen. The building features two commercial office suites and two garage bays, one for each suite. AW Homes is proud to occupy Suite B of the building on the second floor. The 1422 sf space is equipped with 2 conference rooms, a kitchenette, multiple workstations and individual offices and plenty of storage.
